I do affordable websites based on the brilliant Wordpress platform and have found that with a few tweaks, Google rates them very well in the search results and clients like them as they can do all their website changes themselves. What's the best way to differentiate my business on my website, from other website companies. Also do you recommend having a testimonial page or spreading testimonials around your website? Thanks

Dear Jonathan,
Thank you for your book which arrived a few minutes ago. However in a quick look, marketing ideas seem to be mainly a 'Get Repeat Business' approach. As mentioned earlier, our unique "Enable RSI & Disability Recovery" computer keyboards (www.maltron.com) last for 10 years +, so there is no repeat business. In principle I would love to sign up on the dot, tomorrow morning and meet you in Kensington, but based in Stafford, aged 93 and unfortunately somewhat deaf, it is hardly a practical proposition. If you are interested I will be glad to send you copies of some of the 200 letters received over the years from happy users. I will certainly be looking closely at our web site probably with a view to having a separate "Sales" site along the lines you have suggested.
With thanks & best wishes,
Stephen

In reponse to Mike and others who would like us to do this event nearer Birmingham - I understand your position. However, wherever we do it, there will always be someone who feels it's in the wrong location for them. All roads lead to the capital, London, and Kensington is a great place for some Christmas shopping!

We might well do this further north, but it wouldn't be till next year.

Regards
